Position: Senior Analyst – Property & Casualty (Motor Insurance)

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Shift: US Night Shifts

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Transport: 2-Way Cab Facility

Key Responsibilities

- Support underwriters in day-to-day Property & Casualty insurance operations.
- Coordinate with underwriters, insurance carriers, brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with policy binding, policy documentation, invoicing, and policy delivery.
- Follow up with clients for pending information, binding requests, and inspection recommendations.
- Handle policy servicing queries, endorsements, cancellations, and documentation requirements.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and email communications with US stakeholders.
- Ensure policy files are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable requirements.
- Prepare reports, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with escalations, workload prioritization,



and mentoring new team members when required.

Eligibility & Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance.

Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle and experience in at least two insurance processes.

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work in US night shifts.

Experience in Motor Insurance, Surplus Lines Insurance, Managing General Agents (MGA), or insurance brokerage is an added advantage.
