Senior Analyst - Global Transaction Banking Operations - 4 to 7 Years

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support transaction banking operations across cash management, commercial payments, treasury services, trade finance, and liquidity management for US regional and institutional banking customers. The role involves managing complex transactions, resolving escalations, strengthening operational controls, and driving service quality and process improvements.

Location - Chennai / Gurgaon / Pune.

Responsibilities -

1. Execute and monitor wire transfers, ACH payments, SWIFT transactions, and cash concentration services.
2. Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, operational issues, and client queries, including escalated cases.
3. Manage transaction lifecycle activities while maintaining service quality and operational control standards.
4. Conduct root cause analysis and drive remediation for recurring exceptions and operational issues.
5. Support client service reviews, performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
6. Assist with KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and other regulatory compliance activities.
7. Review and monitor daily operational reports, including overdraft, DDA, SAV, SDB, and CD reports.
8. Coach analysts, review output quality, maintain SOPs, and coordinate with the bank's middle office and other stakeholders.

Requirements -

1. 4-7 years of experience in transaction banking, treasury services, cash management, commercial banking operations, payments, or financial services.
2. Demonstrated experience handling complex servicing events, transaction exceptions, and reconciliations.
3. Strong understanding of payment systems, treasury products, and transaction banking operations.
4. Hands-on experience with Fiserv, DNA, and AFS Vision.
5.



A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline; an MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
7. Experience with banking platforms, treasury management systems, and workflow tools.
