Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, statutory compliance, and financial analysis for our automobile dealership business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
- Monitor dealership profitability, revenue, operating expenses, and cost optimization.
- Perform financial ratio analysis and provide insights for management decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, bank reconciliation, receivables, and payables.
- Monitor vehicle inventory accounting, sales reconciliation, service revenue, and spare parts accounting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.




- Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
- Supervise the accounts team and coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and other departments.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
- Expertise in Cost Control, Ratio Analysis, Profitability Analysis, and Working Capital Management.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software/ERP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Candidate Requirements:

- CA Inter / CA Final.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Automobile dealership experience preferred, particularly in multi-outlet operations.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Industry: Automobile Dealership, Automotive Retail, Automobile Finance & Accounts.
