About the Role

V-Tech Enviro Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced finance professional to lead and manage the company's Finance and Accounts function.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, cash flow planning and team leadership. The person will work closely with the Director to strengthen financial controls, improve financial performance and support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Finance and Accounts team, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger, financial statements and monthly and annual closing.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, budgeting, forecasting and fund planning.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, outstanding collections and payment schedules.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Coordinate internal audits, statutory audits and financial reviews.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial performance analyses for the Director.
- Monitor project costs, profitability, expenditure and budget variances.
- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Ensure proper financial documentation, reconciliations and reporting accuracy.
- Identify financial risks,



cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Advise the Director on financial planning, resource allocation and business decisions.
- Supervise team performance and ensure accountability across the Finance and Accounts department.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Robust practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, audit and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience managing finance operations and leading an accounts team.
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting and working capital.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and Excel-based financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with senior management.

Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure or project-based businesses. Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA or MBA Finance are advantageous but not mandatory.
