Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager with a strong background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, accounting records, taxation, revenue tracking, cost control, vendor payments, and financial reporting to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for restaurants and hospitality establishments.
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor daily sales, cash flow, payment collections, and revenue reports.
- Handle GST compliance, TDS calculations, TDS returns, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
- Monitor food costs, beverage costs, operating expenses, inventory, and wastage.
- Reconcile POS (Point of Sale) reports with cash, card, UPI, and online food delivery platform settlements.
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase records, expense verification, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers, procurement teams, auditors, and senior management.




- Ensure accurate payroll accounting and employee expense records.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve profitability.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in accounting or finance within the restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, inventory management, and food cost analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets or business units will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, fine dining, bars, cafés, or hospitality groups are preferred.
- Must possess solid numerical accuracy, financial discipline, and problem-solving abilities.
- Should be capable of independently managing accounting operations and reporting directly to senior management.
