Role & responsibilities

- Independently manage and maintain complete books of accounts.

- Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.

- Perform regular bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

- Establish and follow proper accounting processes, controls, and documentation.

- Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly and annual accounts.

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

- Monitor expenses, verify financial transactions, and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain accuracy, discipline, and accountability in all accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / M.Com with 5 - 7 years of relevant industry experience.

- Strong practical knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and reconciliations.

- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

- Hardworking, diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.

- Solid sense of ownership with the ability to work independently.
