Job Summary

Gourmesserie Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tally to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial records, and reporting for our multi-outlet caf and patisserie business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting transactions, ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations in Tally.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit reconciliation, and GST records.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, returns, and reconciliation.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, expense entries, and payment records.
- Verify purchase invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple outlets and central kitchen operations.
- Assist with monthly closing, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external consultants for accounting and taxation matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification; M.Com preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the F&B;, retail, or multi-outlet industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally, GST, and TDS is mandatory.
- Good understanding of GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet compliance deadlines independently.

Preferred Candidate A detail-oriented skilled who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, and compliance activities while maintaining accurate financial records across multiple business locations.
