Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full time, on-site position based in Naya Raipur. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

The Senior

Accountant will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, and will coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.



The role also involves analyzing financial data to provide insights to management, improving accounting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to Indian companies.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and support internal controls and audits.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Several years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or OEM operations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines on-site.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with finance teams, operations, and leadership.
