? We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant – Accounts, GST & Audit Compliance

Dhanshree Gems is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage our accounting records, GST compliance, audit documentation, and financial paperwork efficiently.

We are looking for someone who can independently handle accounting-related documentation and compliance, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate with our Chartered Accountant (CA) for audits and finalisation of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain all documents required for final audits.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for statutory audits, tax audits, and annual account finalisation.
- Ensure all audit-related paperwork, supporting documents, ledgers, and reconciliations are properly maintained.
- Manage bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledgers, and other accounting records.
- Maintain proper documentation for GST, TDS,



and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, schedules, and reports as required.
- Ensure accuracy, timely compliance, and systematic record-keeping across all accounting activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification.
- Proven experience in accounting, GST compliance, and audit documentation.
- Solid knowledge of GST returns, accounting principles, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience coordinating with CAs for audits and finalisation of accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
