Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students about IT training courses, internships, and placement support.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Promote training programs and explain course benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert student enquiries and leads into admissions through effective sales techniques.
- Follow up with prospective students to close admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and admission goals.
- Build solid relationships with students.
- Coordinate with the training and placement teams to support student admissions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good counselling and customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on admission conversions.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up with leads effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
