About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and empathetic Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students toward suitable courses and educational pathways. In this role, you will interact with students and parents, understand their career goals, recommend tailored learning solutions, and assist them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Guidance: Conduct telephonic, online, or face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents to understand their career goals and educational requirements.

- Lead Management: Handle warm leads provided by marketing and perform timely follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Program Pitching: Explain course structures, curriculum, certification details, fee structures, and career outcomes clearly to potential candidates.

- Admissions & Conversions: Drive course enrollments and meet individual and team monthly targets.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate student records, track lead statuses, and update log details regularly in the company CRM.

- Relationship Building: Build trust and robust rapport with students to provide ongoing assistance throughout their admission process.





Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate degree (Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).

- Experience: 0 to 5 years in EdTech, admissions counselling, tele-calling, or inside sales.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in Malayalam and English

- Skills: Excellent active listening, active persuasion, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

- Target-Oriented: Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards monthly targets.

- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, and online communication platforms.
