SEGMENT HEAD (SOLAR COMPONENTS - INCLUDING SOLAR CONNECTORS & HARNESSES)

? Location: Mumbai / Kolhapur

? Salary: Up to ₹25 LPA

? Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)

? Experience: 10-12 Years in Solar Industry

? Exposure: Must have handled PAN India business or at least 2 regions (North, South, West, East)

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive growth of Solar Components business (Solar Connectors, Harnesses, Junction Boxes, etc.)

✅ Drive business development with Solar Developers, EPC Companies, Panel & Module Manufacturers, Dealers, OEMs, and String Combiner Box Manufacturers.

✅ Identify new market opportunities, expand customer base, and explore current product opportunities within the solar segment.

✅ Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing teams for new product development, lead generation, and brand promotion.

✅ Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

✅ Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking platforms.

✅ Stay updated on solar industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
