Job Title: Site Engagement Liaison (SEL)

We are looking for a Site Engagement Liaison to manage investigator-site relationships and support clinical trials from site start-up through study close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate site selection, feasibility, start-up and activation activities.
- Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Support patient recruitment, enrollment targets and site performance.
- Resolve site-level operational issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor site risks, quality, compliance and study timelines.
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, applicable regulations and study protocols.
- Support study conduct, documentation, risk mitigation and site close-out.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field.
- Clinical research experience, preferably as a CRA or Site Monitor.
- Experience in site management, site activation and investigator relationship management.
- Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
