Role: Partner Support - International Process ( Operation Associate )

Overview:

As an Operation Associate at Acuitty Consultant LLP, you will be the first point of contact for sellers on one of the worlds largest e-commerce platforms. You'll play a vital role in resolving seller concerns, offering guidance on platform features, and ensuring a seamless support experience through email communication.

Responsibilities:

- Responding to seller queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Identifying seller needs and helping sellers use specific features.
- Analysing and troubleshooting seller concern.




- To resolve seller queries within the assigned TAT.
- Coordinate with the team for updates.

Eligibility:

- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Immediate Joiner Preffered.
- Prior experience in an BPO International process is required.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (shifts rotate every 1-2 months).

Working Details:

- Location: Sector 18 Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana
- Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Night Shifts | 2 Week-Offs
- Work from Office.
