ey Responsibilities – Project Site

- Manage overall security operations at the project site.
- Deploy and supervise security guards at all entry and exit points.
- Monitor entry and exit of workers, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
- Control the movement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and loss of project assets.
- Monitor site boundaries, CCTV cameras, and security patrols.
- Maintain records of material inward and outward movement.
- Coordinate with project management, HR, administration, and contractors on security matters.
- Ensure discipline and compliance with site security rules.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify security risks.
- Maintain security registers, duty rosters, and incident reports.




- Coordinate with local police and emergency services whenever required.
- Ensure proper security arrangements during non-working hours and night shifts.
- Monitor security agency performance and ensure adequate manpower deployment.

Eligibility:

- Retired Army personnel, preferably JCO or equivalent.
- Experience in project site, construction site, or industrial security preferred.
- Solid leadership, discipline, and team management skills.
- Willingness to work at project locations and supervise round-the-clock security operations, as required.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
