Role Description The Security Guard is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru.

The Security

Guard will be responsible for monitoring entrances, exits, and key areas of the property, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and assets. Daily tasks include managing access control, verifying identification where required, responding to alarms or incidents, and documenting security activities in logs or reports. The role involves coordinating with the front office and event teams, providing courteous assistance to guests,



and helping with crowd management during large events and functions.

The Security

Guard will follow established security procedures, support emergency response protocols, and maintain a professional, calm presence at all times.

Qualifications

- Robust Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact respectfully and professionally with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
- Demonstrated experience or training in Physical Security, including patrolling, surveillance, and access control.
- Knowledge of Personnel Security practices, such as ID verification and safeguarding team member and guest areas.
- Background in Private Security or similar security roles in hospitality, events, commercial, or public settings.
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods, respond quickly to incidents, and follow safety and emergency procedures.
- Basic report writing skills and familiarity with incident documentation; ability to use radios and other security equipment.
- Good physical fitness appropriate for patrolling large premises and assisting in emergency situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a Security Guard or in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by resort and event operations.
