We are looking for an experienced IAM Team Lead / Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in One Identity solutions, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Access Management (AM).

Mandatory Skills:

- Identity & Access Management (IAM) - 8-10 years
- One Identity Manager - 4-5 years of hands-on implementation experience
- OneLogin (One Identity) - SSO, federation, MFA, and application onboarding
- Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
- IGA, access certification, attestation campaigns, role modeling, and governance
- SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, Kerberos, and REST integrations
- Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD / Entra ID integration
- IAM solution architecture and end-to-end implementation leadership
- IAM upgrades, migrations, transformations,



and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable IAM architectures using the One Identity suite.
- Lead IAM configuration, customization, deployment, and environment management.
- Design identity governance frameworks, workflows, access controls, and compliance processes.
- Lead client discussions and translate business and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor IAM engineers and developers and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Manage IAM workstreams, documentation, deployment practices, and performance optimization.

Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Privileged Access Management (PAM), including solutions beyond Safeguard
- Cloud IAM: Azure, AWS, and GCP
- DevOps and CI/CD for IAM deployments
- Project management experience
- Compliance frameworks: SOX, ISO 27001, and GDPR
