Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable teachers or tutors to teach secondary-level students. The candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly, encourage student participation, and support academic improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned subjects to secondary-level students.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct regular tests and assess student performance.
- Identify learning difficulties and provide individual attention.
- Maintain student attendance and academic progress records.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Requirements
- Graduation or postgraduation in the relevant subject.
- Teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Robust subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
- Patience and a student-focused approach.
- Relevant teaching qualifications as required by the institution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
