Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for improving Criclive.in’s search visibility and organic traffic through strategic, data-driven SEO efforts. This full-time, in office role is based in Janakpuri and involves conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, and performing regular SEO audits to identify technical and content-related issues. The specialist will manage link-building initiatives, monitor performance using web analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to enhance rankings and user engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with content creators, aligning SEO strategy with editorial plans, tracking competitors,



and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and best practices. The role requires close coordination with the broader team to ensure that SEO supports the platform’s growth and audience engagement goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize content and site structure.
- Candidates should possess skills in performing comprehensive SEO Audits to diagnose technical, content, and performance issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to develop and maintain high-quality, relevant backlinks that support authority and rankings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance, and to generate clear, actionable reports.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research platforms).
