Fenzo Digital is an established, full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Singapore and expanding globally to Canada, US and Australia. We work with SMEs, MNCs, established brands and government/public-sector organisations across a wide range of industries.

As we expand our international operations and client portfolio, we are strengthening our SEO team and looking for an experienced SEO Manager with a solid agency background.

The Role

You will oversee multiple SEO accounts across various industries and markets, taking ownership of strategy, implementation, performance monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver SEO strategies for multiple company and client accounts.
- Build strategies that improve client visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO). Optimise content, website structure, entities, authority signals and citations to strengthen brand discoverability and mentions across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-driven search experiences.
- Perform technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO audits.
- Research keywords, assess competitors and analyse search intent.
- Oversee Technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, website architecture, schema, redirects, Core Web Vitals and page performance.
- Develop SEO content plans, map keywords to relevant pages and provide optimisation recommendations.




- Plan and manage off-page SEO, link-building and Local SEO activities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and overall SEO results.
- Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and comparable tools.
- Prepare professional monthly reports that explain performance, highlight insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with developers, content creators and other digital specialists to implement improvements.
- Participate in client meetings and clearly present SEO strategies, progress and results.
- Proactively uncover SEO opportunities and take responsibility for client performance.

Requirements

- 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
- A proven track record of managing several SEO client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO and Off-Page SEO.
- Practical experience using GA4, Google Search Console and professional SEO tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- A proactive and accountable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced agency environment.
