We are looking for an experienced SD-WAN Network Engineer to provide onsite technical support for a Data Centre networking project.
Mandatory Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise WAN or Data Centre network infrastructure.
· Skilled SD-WAN certification, subject to the applicable tender clause.
· Strong Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking knowledge.
· Hands-on SD-WAN implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
· Experience supporting DC, DR and field-office connectivity.
· Experience coordinating with OEM support teams and raising TAC cases.
· Knowledge of network upgrades, patch management and incident troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide onsite L2/L3 SD-WAN support at the Data Centre.
· Troubleshoot network issues affecting DC, DR and field offices.
· Coordinate with OEMs and technical support teams.
· Manage TAC cases and support solution updates, upgrades and patches.
· Assess network performance and recommend improvements.
· Identify recurring problems and potential architecture flaws.
