1. Agile Team Facilitation
- Facilitate planning, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives and backlog-refinement readiness.
- Coach teams on ownership, realistic commitments, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Protect teams from avoidable disruption while ensuring business priorities remain visible.
- Help Product Owners and managers maintain explicit goals, dependencies and decisions.
1. Delivery Flow and Governance
- Track sprint predictability, flow, blockers, dependency ageing, carryover and improvement actions.
- Escalate material risks early with impact, owner and recovery action.
- Use metrics to improve the system rather than rank individuals.
- Coordinate cross-team delivery while keeping accountability with the appropriate owners.
1. AI Project Facilitation
- Understand the discovery, data, experimentation, evaluation and production stages of AI delivery.
- Help teams plan AI work with uncertainty, learning milestones and measurable exit criteria.
- Ensure AI risks involving data, evaluation, security, cost and human validation are visible.
- Use approved AI tools for meeting synthesis, risk analysis and reporting with verification.
