IoTfy Solutions Private Limited is looking for an SCM Engineer to support material planning, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams. The role involves ensuring timely material availability to meet production requirements while maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring material movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly and continuous material planning based on production requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, and shortages.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchase, and Stores teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Track material requirements, pending supplies, and delivery schedules.
- Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and identify material requirements against production plans.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare material status reports.
- Support stock verification, reconciliation, and inventory control activities.
- Identify potential material shortages and proactively coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Ensure the right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in supply chain management, material planning, or inventory management.
- Freshers may apply.
- Basic understanding of material planning and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to execute tasks effectively.
