Bharat is building a Space Engineering Research Center with plans to grow into a large innovation campus focused on aerospace research, development, and incubation. The organization also supports students and researchers through funding, innovation grants, and platforms for student-led projects and space experiments.

Role Description The Scientific Speaker is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering engaging, scientifically accurate talks and sessions across Aerione Bharat’s education and experiential learning programs. Day-to-day activities include preparing and presenting content on astronomy, rocketry, space engineering, and STEM concepts to school and college audiences, educators, and visitors.

The role involves designing interactive demonstrations, simplifying complex scientific ideas, and adapting presentations to different age groups and learning levels.

Scientific

Speakers collaborate with program coordinators and researchers to align content with current projects, flagship events, and curricula,



and may assist in developing learning materials, workshops, and outreach initiatives. The position requires regular on-site presence at program venues and laboratories, participation in events, and active engagement with learners to foster curiosity and scientific thinking.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in physics, astronomy, and space science, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.

- Candidates should possess effective interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with researchers, program teams, and institutional partners.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics, Astronomy, Aerospace Engineering, or a related STEM field is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with current space missions, aerospace technologies, and educational technologies will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple sessions or events, and travel locally for outreach programs as required.
