JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Electronics Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience to join our satellite communications (SatCom)/IOT development team. This role focuses on hardware validation, system-level security understanding, and rigorous testing of SatCom applications. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between hardware execution and collaborative team communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Testing & Validation: Set up, calibrate, and execute test plans for SatCom hardware modules, sub-assemblies, and system-level applications.
- Hardware & Security Analysis: Understand hardware architecture and basic system security protocols to identify vulnerabilities or performance bottlenecks during testing.
- Instrumentation: Utilize advanced laboratory equipment to measure RF signals, analyze data packets, and isolate hardware faults.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Write clear test reports, document bugs, and communicate technical findings maturely across cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of verified industry experience, preferably in RF, wireless communications,



or aerospace/defense electronics.
- Test Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters.
- SatCom Core Knowledge: Basic understanding of modulation schemes (QPSK, QAM), frequency bands (C, Ku, Ka, or L-band), link budgets, and transponder operations.
- System Security: Foundational knowledge of system-level security architecture, data encryption basics, or secure hardware boot processes

- Mature Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical issues objectively, collaborate effectively within a team setting, and accept constructive engineering feedback.
