Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

- Drive solution design workshops and gather business requirements related to Time Off, Time Sheet, Time Tracking, and Work Schedules.

- Provide functional leadership for global Time Management deployments across multiple geographies.

- Configure and manage Time Profiles, Time Recording Profiles, Time Valuations, Holiday Calendars, and Leave Accruals.

- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with Employee Central and Payroll.

- Lead client discussions, solution architecture reviews, and deployment governance.

- Manage project delivery, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.

- Mentor and guide consultants, leads, and offshore teams.

- Review functional specifications, testing strategies, and cutover plans.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, attendance policies, and organizational standards.

- Support business development activities including RFPs, estimations, solutioning, and pre-sales.

- Drive process optimization and recommend industry best practices in workforce and time management.
