Work Location: Pan India (Hybrid)

Total Experience: 8 - 13 years

Required Skills:

- Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation and support (hands on).
- SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Proven track record of at least 3-4 full-cycle implementations or migrations involving SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Solid functional expertise in configuring compensation plans, eligibility rules, pay components, workflows, and budget management.
- Integration expertise with SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, SAP HCM/ECC connectors, SAP PO, or other middleware.
- Skilled in data migration techniques and tools specific to compensation data.
- Proficient in People Analytics and Query Designer for building compensation reports (good to have).
