Strong experience in Compensation, Variable Pay, Employee Central, Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Framework, Role-Based Permissions (RBP) optional, Reporting & Analytics optional, Integration impact assessment

Preferred

- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification.
- Employee Central certification.
- Experience with SAP Joule and AI-enabled HR capabilities.
