Your Task

This role focuses on implementing and maintaining integration solutions between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors using the Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Custom iFlow Integrations. The position requires deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite, data models, and hybrid integration scenarios to support HR lifecycle processes and master data synchronization.

Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain migration and replication routines between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors within the Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Custom IFlow Integrations
- Design and configure end-to-end integration interfaces, including recruiting and reporting
- Configure replication settings, SAP Replication Systems, and whitelisting within SuccessFactors
- Perform end-to-end testing, data validation, and troubleshooting of integration flows and BIB configuration
- Support hybrid integration scenarios, master data synchronization, and automated data migration
- Collaborate closely with HR domain experts, SAP consultants, and IT teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes
- Ensure data quality through automated validation and continuous process improvement to maintain reliability
- Perform data migration, transformation, and validation from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors
- Manage employee data, organizational structures, and HR lifecycle processes across both systems

Your Profile

We are looking for a qualified SAP Integration Specialist with deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors integration, along with strong technical skills in ABAP, data transformation, and secure data exchange protocols.





Must Have Skills

- Strong integration experience with SAP Integration Suite iFlow including Groovy scripting mapping and error handling
- In depth knowledge of SAP HCM SuccessFactors data models and integration patterns
- Proficient in ABAP OO BAdIs and Infotype Framework for custom integration logic
- Experience with secure data exchange including SSH, OAuth, x509, and basic auth
- Hands on experience with SAP SOA Manager and SuccessFactors migration and replication
- Hands on experience with the SuccessFactors Integration Centre
- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors data models including employee data, organizational structures, and HR lifecycle processes
- Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience with Business Integration Builder (BIB) and specific iFlow configuration
- Familiarity with SAP HCM SuccessFactors integration architecture
- Knowledge of other SAP BTP modules like SAP Build
- Understanding of master data customization in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Experience in other scripting languages for transforming file based data like Python pandas
