We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Backend Developer with solid expertise in HR ABAP development, SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB), and SAP SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM.

Key Skills Required (Must-Have):

- SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Integration
- SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder)
- HR ABAP Development and Enhancements
- Employee Master Data and Organizational Management
- SAP PI/PO and CPI Integration Knowledge
- Interface Development and Troubleshooting
- Reports, Forms, Conversions, User Exits, and BAdIs
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors to SAP HCM integration

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SAP HR ABAP solutions and integrations.




- Implement and maintain SAP BIB integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Develop custom programs, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
