Job Responsibilities
Provide customer service through advanced specialized knowledge on technical and non-technical interactions.
Check MCPE SDWAN service availability and do troubleshooting.
Carry out enterprise products servicing on OTT platforms.
Ensure product onboarding and usage induction.
Track service billing, utilization and payments.
Ensure retention and upsell to enhance Jio's share of customer wallet.
Manage network, device and provide related user configuration.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work schedules and company policies.
Provision feedback and manage escalations for process KPIs as defined.
Education Requirement
B.Tech degree in any discipline
(Ent CCNP Certification preferred)
Experience Requirement
2 - 4 years
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of MCPE and SDWAN.
Understanding of telecom, digital and connectivity services.
Interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills.
Service and customer orientation.
