Key Responsibilities

- SME &
- Leadership:

Serve as the primary SAP FICO functional SME supporting finance users, driving Center of Excellence (COE) practices, and guiding senior leadership on digital finance transformations.

- Solution Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP S/4HANA-enabled solutions and custom system designs.

- Core FICO Configuration: Manage configuration and support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles.

- Operations &

- Month-End:

Oversee General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, tax compliance (GST, WTH, E-invoice), banking interfaces (EBRS, MT940), and month-end/year-end closings.

- Controlling (CO): Drive Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Cost Centre Accounting, and Material Ledger/Actual Costing.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams managing MM, SD, PP, and PS modules, and manage RICEF objects for complex manufacturing scenarios.

- Governance &

- Support:

Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot complex business scenarios, ensure high system availability, and maintain compliance.

Educational Qualifications

- Professional / Postgraduate: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA / ICWA), MBA (Finance), or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce.





- Undergraduate: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Required Experience &

- Competencies

- Total Experience: 12 to 15 years in SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, and support.

- Implementation Track Record: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on, end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP HANA implementations as an FICO consultant.

- Industry Background: Prior experience in manufacturing sectors (such as Cement, Steel, Automotive, or FMCG) is strongly preferred.

- Deep Functional Skills:

- SAP FI: Recent GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, GST/WTH/E-invoicing, and Banking/EBRS interfaces.

- SAP CO: CO-PC (Product Costing &
- Material Ledger), CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), and Cost Centre Accounting.

- Technical: Strong exposure to integration (MM, SD, PP, PS) and writing functional specs for RICEF objects.

Preferred Certifications

- SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting (FI) / Management Accounting (CO)

- SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification

- ITIL Foundation Certifica

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
