Key Responsibilities:

- Incident & Problem Management: Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex incidents and recurring issues across SAP WM/EWM processes.
- Interface Monitoring: Monitor and manage inbound and outbound queues, including qRFC, to ensure seamless data flow and data integrity between SAP EWM and integrated systems such as SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
- Configuration & Change Management: Implement configuration changes, system enhancements, and process improvements in SAP WM/EWM in accordance with business requirements.
- Functional Testing: Perform functional testing and validation of new developments,



enhancements, configuration changes, and system upgrades.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with ABAP and integration teams to prepare functional specifications and support the development of custom solutions, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to analyze requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend solutions to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Support integration scenarios between SAP WM/EWM and other SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and Production Planning (PP).
- Production Support: Ensure system stability, resolve production issues within agreed SLAs, and support continuous improvement of warehouse management processes.

Valuable to Have Skills:

- Education:

A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field is typically required.
- Soft skills:

Working knowledge of interfaces (IDocs, EDI) and queue management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM, including embedded and/or decentralized EWM deployments. Familiarity with ABAP debugging to assist with issue resolution.
- Inbound and Outbound processing
- Warehouse structure and layout
- Picking, packing, and putaway strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Technical skills:

- Expertise in EWM functionalities: Advanced knowledge of EWM processes including.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in SAP WM and EWM implementation and support is essential.
