Hiring: SAP CCM Functional Consultant (S/4HANA) – Offshore

Location: India (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM) Functional Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA SD expertise to support a global implementation and rollout program for our client, Kimberly-Clark.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on CCM configuration experience, strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) process knowledge, and experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, consumer products, or retail domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure SAP S/4HANA Condition Contract Management (CCM), including contract creation, accruals, settlements, rebates, and chargebacks.
- Lead AS-IS/TO-BE discussions, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and blueprinting.
- Configure SAP SD components, including pricing, sales documents, billing, partner determination, output management, and copy controls.
- Support OTC and MTO processes, including sales orders, deliveries, goods issue, invoices, and credit/debit memos.
- Collaborate with FI/CO, ABAP, integration, and external application teams.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD/FSD) and interface specifications.
- Lead and support SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and defect resolution.
- Work with global stakeholders and regional teams to ensure alignment with global templates and local business requirements.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support teams.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of dedicated SAP CCM experience.
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, with substantial hands-on CCM delivery experience.
- Strong expertise in OTC processes,



rebates, chargebacks, settlement documents, and event-based settlements.
- Hands-on configuration of pricing, billing, partner determination, output management, sales orders, deliveries, and goods issue.
- Experience with complex global SAP programs and multiple external system interfaces.
- Strong functional documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in the same or a closely aligned industry/domain as Kimberly-Clark is strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).
- SAP Business Partner and Fiori applications.
- CPI/EDI integration and troubleshooting.
- FMCG, manufacturing, consumer products, or retail industry experience.

Working Hours
- November, December, February, March: Indian Standard Time (IST).
- January, April, May, June: Korea or Australia working hours, depending on project requirements.
