Job Summary

Monsoon Salon is looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and result-oriented Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, sales, and team management skills, preferably with experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Salon Operations: Manage day-to-day salon activities and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Team Management: Supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and front-desk executives.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality service, handle customer feedback and complaints, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly sales targets, promote salon services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Staff Scheduling: Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor salon products, stock levels, consumables, and product usage.
- Financial Management: Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, expenses, and operational reports.
- Hygiene & Standards: Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, grooming standards, and professional service quality.
- Marketing & Promotions: Support promotional campaigns, customer retention initiatives, and local marketing activities.




- Training & Development: Train and motivate team members to improve productivity, service quality, and sales performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality management preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of salon services, retail sales, inventory, and billing systems.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations.
- Professional attitude, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.
