We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Home Loan Executive to assist customers in obtaining home loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with banks or financial institutions, and ensuring smooth processing of home loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through customer references, field visits, telecalling, and other sales activities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, EMIs, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC, income proof, bank statements, and property documents.
- Assist customers with home loan applications and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Coordinate with bank officials, credit teams, legal teams, and property valuers to facilitate loan approvals.
- Follow up on loan applications and provide regular updates to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain robust customer relationships.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and KYC guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in finance, commerce, or business administration is preferred.
- Freshers may apply; experience in home loans, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and meet sales targets, if required.
