- FSL Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and guidance for FSL implementations and/or customizations including systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development

- Prepare and present design architecture review board

- Develop and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions including dispatch console, work rules, scheduling policies, service territories, and mobile flows

- Participate in requirement elaboration with functional consultants and translate functional needs into technical designs

- Support in design and build of complex Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Apex classes, triggers, and integrations aligned with best practices

- Contribute to design reviews and peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and performance expectations

- Estimate user stories and support sprint planning; provide regular status updates to project leadership

- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of FSL features and Salesforce releases

Essential

- 10+ years total Salesforce development experience with at least 3 years focused on FSL implementations

- Handson expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC/Aura, Flow Builder, Process Builder

- Proven experience configuring FSL components: service resources, skills, work types, crews, scheduling optimizer, etc.





- Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP services and external systems

- Valuable understanding of Service Cloud objects: Cases, Work Orders, Entitlements

- Familiarity with mobile offline synchronization patterns and FSL Mobile configuration

- Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory); FSL Consultant and/or Platform Developer II preferred

- Experience with SFDX, unlocked packages, CI/CD and automated testing frameworks

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar discipline

Management Skills

- Ablet to articulate and present design to enterprise architect

- Co-ordination with Salesforce Architect whenever required

- Capable of guiding small feature teams and conducting peer reviews

- Able to estimate tasks and communicate risks proactively to leads

- Comfortable working in global Agile delivery model, collaborating with consultants and testers across time zones

Interpersonal Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences

- Selfstarter with analytical mindset and attention to detail

- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
