Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce All-Rounder (Developer + Admin + Support) with 7+ years of hands-on experience to manage end-to-end Salesforce platform operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep development expertise (Apex, LWC, Integrations) with strong administrative capabilities, release management, and L2/L3 production support. You will be responsible for designing, building, troubleshooting, and maintaining scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Automation & Querying: Build robust business logic using Flows, Triggers, and optimized SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Integrations: Implement seamless third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Administration & Security: Manage users, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and overall platform security settings.
- Production Support & Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 support, monitor system health, resolve critical production issues, and debug bugs effectively.
- Deployments & DevOps: Execute seamless data migrations, manage releases, and maintain version control using SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Platform Maintenance: Support continuous improvements, system maintenance,



and user queries across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Pay: ₹2,040,000.00 per year
