Job Summary :

Engineering Square is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Experience Cloud, and integrations. The candidate will develop and enhance partner portals and lending - platform features, build integrations with enterprise systems, and contribute to end - to - end delivery in collaboration with technical leads and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud partner portals, including onboarding, self - registration, and user access management.
- Build custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
- Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, and GraphQL integrations with appropriate authentication, error handling, and monitoring.
- Support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems.
- Implement data synchronization and reconciliation processes involving Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Write unit tests,



maintain code quality, and support automated deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document solutions, technical designs, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with technical leads, product owners, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of hands - on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with at least one lending - related or Experience Cloud portal - heavy implementation.
- Working knowledge of Experience Cloud, LWR/Aura, partner onboarding, sharing rules, and guest - user security.
- Robust skills in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, asynchronous Apex, and Platform Events.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of Git, SFDX, CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato, and AWS services is desirable.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with US - based teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in consumer lending or financial services.
- Exposure to Salesforce - native loan - origination packages, including Q2 Cloud Lending or Symphonix.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Salesforce Change Data Capture, and data reconciliation.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
