Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on Commerce Cloud (B2B and OMS), or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations, including experience with full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Strong understanding of B2B commerce and OMS processes and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including third-party systems and APIs, is preferred.
- Experience in defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator,



Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are a big plus.
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR), including design skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as coding experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), or any other object-oriented languages/stack (Spring, Java, Angular, React
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
