Role Overview

As a Sales Trainee / Intern, you will work closely with our business development team to identify potential clients, generate leads, pitch technology solutions, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads for IT services, software development, and AI solutions.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant solutions.
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain lead databases, update CRM records, and track sales activities.
- Support B2B business development and client acquisition initiatives.
- Work toward sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA freshers from the 2026 or 2027 graduating batch only.
- Marketing, Sales,



or Business Development specialization preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching clients and conducting professional conversations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Interest in IT services, software solutions, and artificial intelligence.
