Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Leader with strong experience in Network Marketing, Direct Selling, or Sales Team Management.
Candidates with experience in Crypto, Web3, FinTech, Digital Technology, or Network Marketing will be given strong preference.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Sales, Direct Selling, or Network Marketing
- Experience managing and engaging a sales team
- Strong team-building and leadership skills
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding of sales professionals
- Ability to train and guide team members
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach
- Existing sales/networking contacts will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Web3 is desirable
- Ability to conduct regular team meetings and follow-ups
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members
- Set team targets and monitor daily/weekly performance
- Train and motivate team members to achieve business goals
- Conduct regular team meetings, follow-ups, and training sessions
- Support the team in lead conversion and sales activities
- Develop effective sales strategies for the assigned market
- Track team performance and provide regular updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers
- Coordinate with the State Sales Head and management
- Help expand the company's sales network and market presence
- Ensure professional and compliant sales practices
Compensation ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Compensation and incentives may vary based on experience, team size handled, responsibilities, and performance.
Experience
2–5+ years preferred in:
