Job Purpose: To manage dealer communication, order processing, follow-ups, and new dealer development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain dealer and distributor relationships.
- Collect and process orders through calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Generate leads and develop current dealers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Logistics.
- Maintain CRM/ERP records and prepare reports.
- Achieve assigned sales support and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Telecalling and lead generation.
- Order processing and coordination.
- Basic MS Excel and CRM/ERP knowledge.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0-1 years in sales support, tele-sales, or business development.
