Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Support Executive to join our WhatsApp Automation team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, manage client relationships, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Outreach: Identify potential clients, pitch WhatsApp automation solutions, and close deals.
- Customer Support: Provide timely assistance to clients via WhatsApp, email,



and calls.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct demos and explain features of WhatsApp automation tools.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer queries and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve product and service quality.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales or customer support.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
