- Mandatory requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred; BFSI, insurance, EdTech or other telesales backgrounds also considered)

- Fluent in English
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing an advantage)
- Prior experience pitching high-ticket products over the phone
- What we offer: Fixed CTC plus uncapped incentives

- Quarterly Appraisals
- 5-day working week
- Structured training on product, pitch, and objection handling
