Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and online platforms.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Product Presentation: Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and solutions according to customer requirements.

- Sales and Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with customers to close orders.

- Order Processing: Coordinate with internal teams for purchase orders, delivery, invoicing, and payments.

- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements.

- Market Research: Monitor competitors, market trends, and recent business opportunities.

- Reporting: Maintain sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates in CRM or Excel.

- Payment Collection: Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment against invoices.
