: Sales Representative (Full-Time, On-Site)

About Us
Spartan Cowork is a well-reviewed coworking space in Andheri West. We offer dedicated desks, private cabins for 2 to 6 people, meeting rooms, and virtual office and business address solutions across three floors. We are looking for a motivated sales representative who will own the journey from first enquiry to a happy, long-staying member.
Role Summary
You will be the face of Spartan Cowork for every prospect and member. You will show the space, understand each client's needs, recommend the right product, send quotations and close the deal. You will also help keep the space at full occupancy by following up on leads, retaining members and keeping units from sitting vacant.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and lead handling
- Respond promptly to enquiries received by call, WhatsApp, website, walk-in and referral.
- Give guided tours of the space and explain the desks, cabins, meeting rooms and virtual office options.
- Understand each client's team size, budget, timeline and requirements, and recommend the best-fit option.
- Prepare and share clear quotations, and explain pricing, inclusions, deposit and notice terms accurately.
- Follow up consistently, negotiate within approved limits and close deals.
- Complete onboarding: agreements, documentation, deposit and payment collection, and a smooth move-in.
Occupancy and revenue
- Take ownership of keeping desks and cabins occupied, and plan ahead for upcoming vacancies.
- Maintain a live inventory of available units, floors and rates.
- Build a steady pipeline through follow-ups, referrals, tie-ups with local businesses,
and online and offline lead sources.
- Work towards monthly targets for site visits, conversions and occupancy.
Client servicing
- Be the first point of contact for members' queries, requests and feedback, and make sure issues are resolved quickly.
- Check in with members regularly to keep them satisfied and to handle renewals, upgrades and referrals.
- Coordinate with reception and housekeeping to maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
- Encourage reviews and testimonials from happy members.
Teamwork and reporting
- Work closely with the reception, housekeeping and management teams.
- Keep the CRM or lead tracker updated daily with leads, visits, quotations and closures.
- Share a weekly report on pipeline, conversions, vacancies and market feedback.
- Help with promotional activity and events when needed.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality or services (strong freshers with good communication will be considered)
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
- Confident, polite and presentable, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, email and basic quotation or CRM tools
- Self-driven, target-oriented, organised and reliable
- Team player with a service mindset and the ability to stay calm with demanding clients
- Willing to work from the centre full time, including some flexibility on timings when needed
