- Client Relationship & Communication

- Serve as a primary contact for existing customers on orders, dispatches, payments and routine queries.

- Maintain timely, professional communication and proactively follow up on repeat orders.

- Resolve or escalate customer concerns, delivery delays and coordination issues.

2. Order Management & Execution
- Track customer purchase orders from receipt through production and dispatch.

- Coordinate with production on schedules, order status and committed delivery dates.

- Maintain updated order registers, pending-order lists and dispatch schedules.

- Follow up across teams to prevent delays and ensure order fulfilment.

3. Payment & Outstanding Coordination
- Work with accounts to monitor client outstanding balances and due dates.

- Follow up professionally with customers on pending and overdue payments.

- Maintain customer-wise payment tracking and ageing reports.

- Escalate significant collection delays or risks to management.

4. Excel, MIS & AI-Assisted Systems
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly MIS for sales, orders, dispatches and collections.

- Operate and update the company’s customised Excel-based,



AI-assisted tracking system.

- Check data quality and produce actionable management reports.

- Identify reporting gaps and suggest process improvements.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate among sales, production, dispatch and accounts teams.

- Maintain action trackers and follow up until pending tasks are closed.

- Support management with visibility into day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, operations, order management or MIS.

- Solid Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas and reporting.

- Confident spoken and written Hindi and English; ability to interact independently with B2B clients.

- Experience with payment follow-ups and order tracking; ERP exposure (Tally, Busy or SAP) is an advantage.

- Comfort learning customised Excel and AI-assisted operational tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
