We are looking for a target-driven Sales Officer with experience in pre-owned car sales. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the used car market, customer handling, vehicle valuation, and sales closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through walk-ins, online platforms, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pre-owned vehicles based on budget and preferences.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, insurance, and exchange deals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, documentation, and ownership transfer procedures.
- Coordinate RC transfer, insurance paperwork, loan processing, and RTO formalities.
- Maintain customer relationships and update lead status in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills




- Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of used car valuation, financing, insurance, and resale market trends.
- Ability to generate leads, handle customer objections, and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead management.
- Target-oriented approach with good customer relationship management skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 35 years of experience in pre-owned car sales.
- Experience with organized automobile dealerships or used car platforms is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Cars24, Spinny, CarDekho, OLX Autos, or similar businesses will be preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle documentation, RTO processes, and ownership transfer is an advantage.
