Salary: Maximum Gross up to Rs. 45,000 Per Month + Daily Allowance (DA) + Incentives

/ Role & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Sales & Business Development for Modern Trade Chain Stores and E-commerce Platforms in Kolkata region.
2. Handle Key Accounts like Reliance Retail, Spencer's, More, Big Bazaar, Metro, Regional Chains & E-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto.
3. Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Targets, Visibility & Promotional Execution in MT stores.
4. Manage E-commerce Operations - Listing, Pricing, Promotions, Stock Availability & Order Fulfilment.
5. Build strong relationships with Category Buyers, Store Managers & E-commerce Category Managers.
6.



Execute Joint Business Plans (JBP), Current Product Launches, and Modern Trade Activations.
7. Track Competitor Activities, Pricing, Schemes and Market Share.
8. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing & Finance for smooth operations.
9. Responsible for Reporting, MIS, Sales Forecasting and Claim Settlement.

Required Candidate Profile
- MUST have Minimum 3 Years Experience in Modern Trade & E-commerce Sales ONLY.
- Candidates from FMCG, Food, Beverages, Personal Care, Consumer Goods background preferred.
- Good understanding of Kolkata Modern Trade Market & E-commerce Ecosystem.
- Robust Negotiation, Key Account Management & Analytical Skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Reporting & Presentation.
- Candidate MUST be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
- Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period (15-30 Days) Preferred.
